Friendship Bangladesh is a Social Purpose Organization serving marginalized communities across rural Bangladesh with vital services in healthcare, education, and poverty alleviation. With a team of nearly 5,000, they needed streamlined operations and better compliance support to manage their growing impact.

How We Solved
We implemented a full-cycle Odoo ERP solution in two phases. Phase 1 focused on integrating core operations like finance, HR, and project management, with extensive customization and user training. Post-implementation support enabled smooth handling of donations, procurement, and payroll.
In Phase 2, we enhanced HR efficiency with custom modules for performance management, recruitment, and internal communication.
Our tailored solutions empowered Friendship to operate with improved transparency, efficiency, and focus on its mission.
